GUIDELINES

  • Deposit and Confirmation
    A 30% deposit is required to confirm your booking, payable via bank transfer. Your booking will not be confirmed without the deposit.

  • Non-Refundable Deposit
    Deposits are non-refundable but may be transferred if cancellation notice is provided at least 48 hours in advance.

  • Payment Upon Completion
    Full payment is due immediately after the service is completed. We accept payment via bank transfer, credit/debit cards, or other agreed-upon methods.

​

  • Personal Belongings
    Please ensure that all personal items are removed from your vehicle before the service begins. We are not responsible for any items left inside the vehicle.

​

  • Pricing and Inspection
    Our prices are guidelines, and the final cost will depend on the size and condition of your vehicle. Each vehicle will be inspected before a final price is given. Additional charges may apply for excessive dirt, pet hair, bodily fluids, or other issues requiring extra time and attention.

  • Parking and Space Requirements
    We require suitable parking at your location and enough space to fully open all vehicle doors independently to carry out the work. If there is insufficient space at your location, we can provide an alternative space at a different location for the service to be completed.

  • Utility Access
    Access to electricity and water at the location is necessary for us to perform the detailing service.

​

  • Maintenance Services
    Ongoing maintenance services are available only after the completion of a full valet on your vehicle. Regular maintenance ensures your vehicle stays in top condition.

  • New Car Detail Package
    The New Car Detail package is available exclusively for vehicles that are up to 1 year old. This package is designed to maintain the freshness and condition of new vehicles.

  • Liability and Damage Disclaimer
    While we take the utmost care when handling your vehicle, we are not liable for any pre-existing damage, including but not limited to scratches, paint chips, or issues caused by previous detailing. Customers must notify us of any known damage before work commences. To ensure transparency, we take pictures of the vehicle before and after the service to document its condition.

  • Service Guarantee
    We strive to deliver the highest quality service. If you're not completely satisfied with the work performed, please notify us within 24 hours, and we will rectify the issue at no additional cost.

  • Duration of Service
    The time required to complete any service depends on the size and condition of the vehicle. We will provide an estimated time frame at the time of booking, but this may vary depending on the condition of the vehicle on the day of service.

  • Cancellations and No-Show Policy
    If you wish to cancel or reschedule your booking, please provide at least 48 hours' notice to avoid losing your deposit. Failure to show up for a scheduled appointment without prior notice will result in the forfeiture of your deposit.

  • Right to Refuse Service
    We reserve the right to refuse service to any vehicle that does not meet our standards, or in cases where we feel that the requested services would be unsafe or unfeasible.

  • Third-Party Products
    If you provide your own products or materials (such as wax, cleaning supplies, etc.), we cannot be held responsible for any results, damage, or issues arising from the use of those items.

  • Privacy Policy and Data Protection
    We are committed to protecting your privacy. Any personal data collected through the booking process will only be used for the purpose of processing your booking and contacting you about your service. We do not share your information with third parties.

  • Force Majeure
    We are not responsible for any delays or failures in service caused by events beyond our control, such as extreme weather conditions, natural disasters, or any other unforeseen circumstances.

  • Amendments to Terms
    We reserve the right to amend or update our terms and conditions at any time. Any changes will be commu
    nicated to customers via our website or other communication channels before they come into effect.

  • Payment Methods
    We accept payment through bank transfer, credit/debit cards, and other methods as specified. Any charges related to payment processing will be the responsibility of the customer.
